It's been lovely looking back at the dolls made using my animal sewing patterns in May. There have been so many cute dolls made by you all! I love the creative ways you have made the dolls your own by designing new clothes for them, up-cycling fabrics and adding extra details to them. I love it also that so many of them are being made as gifts for loved ones, young and old. Handmade dolls really are timeless and bring a smile to everyone's face!
Each month I collate all of the photos shared with me of the dolls that you have made using my patterns. My daughter Seren, who is 10, gets the fun job of choosing one person to be crowned Maker of the Month. That person will receive their choice of one sewing pattern from my website. They can wait until I launch a new sewing pattern if they already have all of them. Read on to find out who she has chosen this month!
This bunch of beautiful bears and bunnies were all made by Jo in Australia! Lots of her friends are having babies so she made them all bunny or bear dolls. Some of them are being raffled to raise money for a charity, which is really lovely too. I love all the fabric combinations that Jo chooses!

Seren had a really difficult time choosing a winner again this month, but one bunny grabbed her attention as soon as she saw it.
Congratulations to Adriana! Seren loved your bunny's fluffy ears and said that "the fabrics that you chose for her dress and bow were really pretty!" I will contact Adriana so she can choose her free pattern

I always publish a blog post to announce the winners of my Maker of the Month or Sew Alongs before I reach out to the winners personally. So, if you receive any messages claiming that you've won a prize from me, please check my website before responding. Sadly, some individuals create fake accounts and pretend to be businesses running prize draws, aiming to deceive followers into sharing personal and bank details.
