To make this outfit you will need...
• Cotton dress: Quarter a yard or metre of light-medium weight cotton fabric such as quilting/patchwork cotton
• Tulle dress: 9” x 4” (23 x 10cm) medium-weight cotton fabric, 20” x 8” (51 x 20cm) of lining fabric, half a yard or metre of soft, ultra-fine tulle
• Wings: 20” x 8” (51 x 20cm) of light-medium weight cotton, 20” x 8” (51 x 20cm) soft, ultra-lightweight fusible interfacing, 10” x 8” (25 x 20cm) of wadding/batting
• Crown: 31” x 4” (79 x 10cm) light-medium weight cotton fabric and 12” x 4” (31 x 10cm) of wadding / batting
• Boots: 5” x 4” (13 x 10cm) of felt
